The Open College Network West Midlands is delighted to announce the launch of our Quality Endorsement Licence (QEL). It is our highly valued 'quality mark' of trust that provides external endorsement to organisations offering internal training and development programmes.
It has been specifically designed to meet the needs of employers that offer internal and bespoke training that falls outside the regulated qualification market. QEL provides a highly flexible approach allowing you the freedom to develop courses to meet the needs of your employees or customers. By recognising the quality of your company and training against our standards, you can in turn demonstrate to your customers or employees the quality of your courses, which recognise achievement through externally endorsed certificates from a national Awarding Organisation.
QEL is available to organisations that want recognistion for new or existing training programmes, to transfer current, non-regulated training programmes from another Awarding Organisation's Scheme and to show your learners the value you are adding to their training.
